    thanks. i understand some of that and i know thats why you dont take fat for PWO meal, but i was thinking more along the lines of almost making whey act more like casein protein...something like that.

    i agree 100% man...and who cares if you cant push great weight for that particular weakness. i would rather look like a weak tit in the gym and be getting stonger and bigger, then showing people up by pushing tons of weight for the same workouts over and over and look the exact same year after...
