@ Blondie_Bombshell - Yeah for breakfast and for pre workout. I take in carbs 3 times a day. It's just a low carbs diet, the aim is to really use the fats to bulk and only adding the carbs when there needed the most the ratio is 40/23/37 at the moment ( protein/carbs/fats )

From what i've gathered that diet can also control bloat. The cleaner the carbs the less water bloat.
In the npp side, excellent compound gave me my best gains ever.

i was thinking in adding it to my cycle at the end to cut up abit. Currently sitting around 12%. So depending what my bf% by that time it will determine whether i add it in or not. I also have a eca stack for that time.

Im looking at sum feedback for t3 and fatloss. Is it good or not. I know it can get very catabolic so its best running sum gear with it. But from those who has use it how did u find the results for fatloss.

Just an update, im in week 5 and up 2.2 kg's ( 4.8 lbs ) not bad i quess but im still waiting for it to properly kick in. Still no real increase in libido but strength is up.
As stated to short to run eq. It only kicks in at week 7 - 8. Extend cycle to 15 weeks and maybe up the dosage but definitively extend cycle length. Im running a test and eq cycle and mine is 14 weeks for the eq.

As for the hcg part im gonna go with 500iu's a week.
Another question - how did u guys find the anxiety on the eq.

Also from the guys thats used EQ before at which week did u start feeling the eq; hunger, vascularity, hardness and etc?
