T3 and Fatloss

Hey guys

Im looking at sum feedback for t3 and fatloss. Is it good or not. I know it can get very catabolic so its best running sum gear with it. But from those who has use it how did u find the results for fatloss.

Thanx

I'm sure most on here will agree that the key is a good diet and cardio.

I dropped a load of weight over 8 months with a strict regime. Around 20kg in total.

Personally, I wouldn't mess around with my thyroid...

Koi.

T3 works well but you do need a good diet and cardio like koi said.

It gives an extra boost to your metabolism to help with that stubborn fat.

Yes it works, but unless you are already close to single digit body fat levels, IMO there are better options without potential harmful consequences.

With that being said, T3 gets alot of bad press in terms of fucking up ur thyroid. Fortunately, the thyroid is pretty resilient, and as long as you do it responsibly, you should be ok. No need for tapering and all that nonsense. A nice low dose throughout will yield great results... but again, this is normally reserved for the lower BF goals. You woudn't want to start it at a high BF trying to get low. Thats what diet and cardio are for.

Thanx guys

i was thinking in adding it to my cycle at the end to cut up abit. Currently sitting around 12%. So depending what my bf% by that time it will determine whether i add it in or not. I also have a eca stack for that time.

agree with RJ
the only thing i will ad to this is about the tapper.
i found for myself, was to tapper up just to find the best dose for me so i didn't get head aches. and the back it down a little. thats where i would ride it out and then just stop at that dose.
no need to tapper down.
when you start again just hit it with the dose you stoped at. no need to tapper back up. you found what works.

why don't you post up your diet and lets see how that looks. You may not even need to mess with T3 (usually the case).

You also need to understand that with T3 you will experience increased Prolactin levels consistent in accordance with the increase that you would experience from Deca or Tren use, headaches, as stated by Cyto, and typically a sore throat from the hyperactivity of the Thyroid. You will want to have some Cabergoline pr Prami on hand to combat elevated Prolactin levels.

Current diet is as follow not gonna give exact measurements as i am getting my diet from a friend that charges for his diets and i don't think he'll appreciate it if i post his diet for every1 to c. ( sorry not trying to be difficult )

Pre workout - Oats and raisin
Post workout - whey, dextrose and creatine blend
Meal 1 - oats and eggs
meal 2 - whey and peanut butter
meal 3 - chicken and almonds
meal 4 - chicken and almonds
meal 5 - lean mince and mac oil
meal 6 - whey and peanut butter (before bed)

guess thats it. Sitting at 3500 cals at the moment. Increase my cals every 2 weeks or more. Last for 4 - 6 weeks of my cycles i normally do abit of carb cycling to shed bf% ( if it increased ). And pct i follow my last max cal diet again.

Hope this helps.

"Consistent in accordance with what you'd expect from Deca or Tren use"?? that seems a bit far fetched, do you have any data to back that up?

Are those oats at breakfast and pre workout?

Because besides the oats it looks like Palumbos Keto diet, was that your intention?

yeah Chip, i'd like to see that as well. I have always heard of T3 being used with Tren, as Tren lowers your thyroid response (supposedly), thus increasing prolactin. So the T3 would counter that effect of negative feedback.

Now, I know it is said that HYPOthyroidism would cause increases in prolactin, but adding T3 would speed up the thyroid, or induce HYPERthyroidism. Wouldn't that have the reverse effect (lowering prolactin)?

this is from PubMed:

Abstract
Several endocrine and metabolic changes occur in hyperthyroidism, among which also changes in prolactin secretion are present. Causes are numerous. However, a decreased content of prolactin in secretory granules of the lactotrophic cells in the adeno-hypophysis gland, e.i. a decreased prolactin pool, should be especially emphasized. Prolactin secretion of the adeno-hypophysis gland was examined in 30 hyperthyroid patients. Normoprolacinaemia was diagnosed in basal conditions, but prolactin response was not so great during stimulation tests (test with thyrotropic hormone and eglonylic test) and suppression tests (L-DOPA and bromo-cryptic test). This finding suggests the existence of a decreased prolactin pool in hyperthyroidism.

@ Blondie_Bombshell - Yeah for breakfast and for pre workout. I take in carbs 3 times a day. It's just a low carbs diet, the aim is to really use the fats to bulk and only adding the carbs when there needed the most the ratio is 40/23/37 at the moment ( protein/carbs/fats )

When i keto, carbs are always below 30 g for the day.

My experience seems to be slightly positive. I ran it originally with clen but using clen made me shun cardio b/c I just had a crap feeling about me.
No way could clen burn as many calories as I do during a 90 minute cardio session so I dropped that, kept the T3 and combinged it with hgh fragment 176-191 at about 1mg/day
That got me what perceived as my best results. But it could just be that I kicked my testosterone up and mixed it with tren and muscle mass increased significantly causing more of a calorie burn carrying all that extra muscle around all day.
I take 100mcg of T3 a day for a 280 pound guy.
Hyperthyroid can cause irregular heartbeats, most notably atrial fibrillation. High blood pressure also causes that from increased preload of the left ventricle. So its a must to make sure your blood pressure is below 120/80 while taking T3

NOTHING will make u lose weight like diet and cardio..

RJ made a great point.. unless ur in single digits dont bother with the T3

Bastards!!! I stand ERECT(ED). AS ALWAYS.
I misinterpreted my own personal experiences with the above two compounds.
What I mean by that is that a few years back, I had used Tren in excess and didn't have the knowledge of it's impact on Prolactin levels that I do now. I was also using T3 at the time. Because I was ass backwards in my understanding of some of the sides of Tren, at that time, I assumed that it was the T3 that was causing the lactating (caramel colored discharge) from my nipples. I got on some Caber and it cleared right up. Unfortunately, I made this post, not having done any further research on T3. For that, I do apologize if I mislead any members. Thanks Toothache and RJH for opening my eyes to my error. :asshole:(S)

j/k lol..... just learned how to use these little characters!!!

Thats the point I originally started to make but got diverted. So I concur.
I took the T3 and clen and it actually was counterproductive b/c the clen made me feel like crap and couldnt do my normal cardio which is 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours, five days a week when I was trying to lean out.
At 1300 calories an hour for a guy my size to do my cardio workout, no freaking way is clen or T3 going to come anywhere close to that much impact.

I only use the T3 b/c I still have it, clen I am going to toss in the bin. The hgh fragment I am not sure if it works but I got like 8vials for about 30$ b/c sten screwed up my order twice and just kept sending me free hgh fragment, which was cool.

But, if I were to give good advice, the benefits vs. just hopping on a treadmill, the treadmill wins everytime, as well as clean diet, thats just gravy on it (or anti-gravy)

;) At least you came back on and admitted your mistake.

im glad you had a good experience, but i would never advise to use T3 without some AAS. Wayyy too catabolic.

Yeah, I didnt mention in this second post that Im not sure if it was from the T3 and Hgh fragment or the fact I am running a gram of test a week with tren and leaning out b/c of those effects.
I dont think its really necessary one way or the other to use T3, certainly wasnt mindblowing cutting like I can do if I am superstrict with diet and cardio.
If I didnt get buy one get 2 free botles, I wouldnt be using. I am not going to buy it again
