Did you switch T's lately.. one time I had the same thing when switching from Test Cyp to Enanthate. Burned like hell with all other factors being the same.. Change one thing at a time until you figure it out.. For me it was pinned left quad, bigtime pain.. pinned right quad next week, bigtime...
I've been doing exactly this.. not sure how much it helps but I also clip it with a 2.. it's like anything... some chicks dig it, some dont care and some want guys with big hair.. just a numbers game but I think the better shape your in the less it matters..

I think it's important before beginning TRT/HRT to have full bloodwork done.. not just the popular male hormone markers.. this way.. we have a baseline of things like Vit D, Unrine, Blood sugar etc.. Did you happen to have full bloodwork before you started everything..
I've used fitday on and off for many years.. usually when starting a particular diet.. it's a great tool to use.. You'd be surprised how many calories or particular macronutriant your eating once it's all totaled up.

^^ well, I pin the quads and delts.. i rotate. right now i'm on a e7d pin schedule so pinning with a 29g once per month / per site ( 2 delts, 2 quads, once per month each) basically means scar tissue will never be a problem.. the pin is so small yes it takes a minute more to fill but it's worth...

^^ I only use Slin's to pin T... I warm up the T (either with a hair dryer or baggie and hot water) while I get the slin ready etc.. only takes a minute or two and doesn't take me that long to pull the T into the slin.. the Pin takes about 10 seconds but like trip said, I do pin all the way in...
