I know yoga's really helped me with balance, flexibility and strength, and somewhat better defined muscles. But I'm wondering if any females here who are primarily bodybuilders (not looking for competition physique, just good shape and fitness) find that yoga hurts their overall goals or helps them?

Hey, while we're here... what do you notice from the dilute approach - sloshing a powder in water and drinking, say during a workout, vs. caps before? Really wondering not just about this supplement but others in that regard.
