Interesting stuff Lion. I read a little bit about it since you've posted. I am NOT too convinced that it has the great potential you've claimed but I could be wrong. It DOES however seem like a decent product.

What are the side effects of Suma Root?
Not much is known about the side effects of Suma Root, however it does contain Saponins that have been found to cause nausea when taken in excessive quantities. Inhalation of Suma dust has been known to trigger asthma and the safety of Suma Root has not been established for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding and people should consult their doctor if taking Suma when pregnant.
