i have read alot of your posts and am loving it, seem like you really know your stuff, i am just curious if you dont mind me asking about what i should do =\. i am 20, 5"11, 160-170lbs, and have been training 4 days a week for around a year. i have never cycled before. was just wondering if you could take some time and maybe guide me in a direction that would best suit me? thanks heaps, lucas
