i have neurscab's post workout shake as well with dextrose and creatine, and glutamine. best post workout shake in my opinion. make sure you eat a solid meal an hour after the shake. no longer, or the next meal could be stored as fat. i make sure i have solid meat, complex carbs, and good fats...

and yes oatmeal can bloat people for sure, for me its in and out. especially if you blend it...the question is, does blending our carbs (ezekiel cereal and oatmeal for example) change the absorption time? i hear it makes it absorb faster, from the change in glycemic index...ever hear of that?

no i mean i was taking 12.5mg a day when i was feeling like shit...i have stopped for a week and i feel better. was thinking of doing 8mg EOD now to see how i feel there. its a shitty feeling being shut down.
