I wouldn't hold it to a lighter, you could burn it before you realize. I just throw it in the sink and run hot water for a few minutes.

I am finishing my first Jino kit, any problems changing to kexing or Somatropin? I know some are 191 and others 192 amino chains, would this be a problem? BTW, have the kexings every really proved out to be effective?
