deca will work well on lubing up your joints but if you're hurting bad now and about through with your cycle it's probably too late now. The deca will take a few weeks to get in there and work on your joints well. My shoulder was killing me and it took about 4 weeks for the deca to relieve the pain.

I have some test in there (cyp) just not really high dosage. It will be enough for me though. So I guess it would be good to run the EQ and deca at the same time? That's what I planned on the I read a few posts saying it was a waste, which I didn't see how. My last cycle was only: wk 1- 7...
