Kickass for fat burning when running T3 along with it. If your looking for QUALITY mass gains and muscle density then I think you'll be happy, but don't expect to gain 20+ LBS, I think i've gained maybe five.......my only gripe is THE FATIGUE! :(

I have a hard time believing that we go from infants with small muscles to adults with significantly larger muslces. I just don't see those fibers swelling up that much......I'm sure they're punk ass pre-meds who think they're doctors

Me too, I don't what they put in this choc. milk, but it is DAMN good and low carb, low calorie, and high protein....

I found this choc. milk made by HOOD, it's low carb and has 8g of protein per serving and is better than sex! What's everyone's take on dairy while cutting? Other than that I don't have any other dairy products except a couple slices of cheese....

I noticed this as well and highly agree with you. If you ask me, the other plant alkaloids made a HUGH difference and ephedrine HCL by it self is CRAP.
