I konw two weekswont though but I was wondering if it effects my speed. The claims I hear are that it volumizes your muscles ,which to me means makes them bigger and not neccessarily making them stronger. Anyone know if Im wrong?

Well I I have been eating tons like about 6 to 7 meals a day. One reason I think I may not be puitting on the weight is because I play on average 4 hours of sports plus weight training. Should I maybe increase calories and protein?
Well the reason Im looking to gain weight is because I've been eat 5000 cals and the 1.5 g of protein per lb but I'm gaining weight at a slow pace. On average I'd say it's like 2 lbs every 3 or 4 weeks. I was just asking for your opinion if their is anything you've tried that really put on good...
Ok, the reason I do such things as curls is because I have noticed once last year that the bicep is used to pull the ball away from another opponent. Anyways my work out goes like this.
