i havent ran NPP yet but i have run deca.. 200mg a week of NPP will pretty much just be a good dose for joint support IMO. i will be doing something similar on my next cycle to bulk this coming Feb. ... test/NPP if it were me i would up the NPP much more if your working towards packing on some...
