Yeah, when my trough was measured, it was when I was injecting once per week. I am not taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and have no idea what my estrogen level is at. My doc doesn't think that estrogen is a problem with replacement doses. Which is funny b/c he is also on TRT.
