hey, arm blasters are sweet and i want to see the look of peoples faces when i bring it into my gym, can you get them any where or do i have to make one.
hey, I lift every other day and run on the non lift days. I know i have to get the proper rest time for lifting, so would running the day after i did legs prevent them from getting the needed rest.
My lifting partner tells me that he was told that it is best to take a post workout shake within 15 min of finishing my workout and then to take CEE within 45 min of finishing my workout, which would be 30 min after my pwo shake. Is this timing ok?

hey, i take CEE and a carb/protein shake for post workout should i take the creatine immediately after then the shake like 20 minutes later or vice-versa.
