How is it all going? The diet manageable?

Hey u, how r u ? how's the diet going ?

Lol that's funny. I'm ok-ish, super tired and expect I will be until he arrives. But I'm still excited about meeting my little man. How's the diet going?

lolololol.. I've done that myself, no worries, that happens , this happens when u hit the reply button, it used to happen to me too, many times. Then I realized that I was replying to myself..lol

You have to click on the person's name, and then go to thier profile & post you reply like that ..

Just to keep you in the loop, I did reach out to 3J and I am doing the modified carb diet plan, however I have not started it yet, still waiting for 3J to put the finishing touches on it and my workout routine. I hope to start it this coming Monday! I will let ya know when I actually start it.

Hey Detour5, Things are going well thanks, how have you been?
I did sign up with 3J's and he is working on a diet/exercise plan for me. I will let you know once I start it, which won't be till next Monday most likely.
