on my lift days is it ok to take in a few more low fat calories; eventhough, i dont do cardio. by calories i mean 3000 calories verses 2000 i am 26 and around 14-15% bf.
i have made steady progress over the past two months....but because of work...and a cruise i havent been able two make it to the gym....i feel smaller...is that just because i dont have a pump? or could i have lost muscle that fast?
