Yes, my pregnancies tend to be full of sickness throughout which can make me drained and miserable - yesterday especially was no exception! I would love to email you about any tricks, although I know how painful delivery can be and afterward.. I'm still willing to take on board any advice

I'm a hip hop dance girl, I actually like ballet and would do adult classes if I had the time ...
