    45 minutes of cardio keeping your heart rate between 65-75% of your maximum heartrate( your maximum heartrate is 220-your age). i do it in the am as soon as i wake up, then i have a whey protein shake and 1 cup of oatmeal. i would ditch the gatorade post workout if you are trying to lean up

    if you're bulking, eat up. eat atleast 5 meals a day, the more the better. when trying to gain muscle mass, you rather give your muscles more food to recover witht then less food.

    mine stopped after 6 days. some people shorter, some longer. everyone is different.

    I only got it with test prop. take some motrin, advil, etc. it should go away within a week or two.

    Never got hunger from test. EQ gave it to me when i was cutting on a eq/test/winny cycle, but when i ran it again with test e to bulk up, i didnt feel the hunger.
