question about eating

hey guys, i ahve a question about eating meals. I am usually hungry at all time's after lunch. about an hour after lunch i get hungry again :( should I eat anyways? it's becoming costly to eat as much as i am hungry. should I just keep eating when ever my body tells me to?? or plan it out on the clock.
 
If your trying to gain weight (muscle) wich im assuming you are, I would just eat when you are hungry. Everyone's different, but when Im taking Dbol and test which I saw by your other posts, I eat almost every hour even if its something small, but its all good foods and im just trying to hit certain numbers of protein and carbs and calories a day rather than basing my meals per the clock. I just kind of gauge it properly to eat consistently all day.

Eat a massive breakfast powerstroke. It should help hunger later in the day. But shit nothing wrong with a huge appetite, except the money, I feel your pain there. My grocery bills are ridiculous.

usually 150g of oatmeal and 3 waffles with a protein shake. sometimes it differs. little less little more or for breakfast i might eat my left over dinner from the night before but always have a shake before i walk out the door.
 
if you're bulking, eat up. eat atleast 5 meals a day, the more the better. when trying to gain muscle mass, you rather give your muscles more food to recover witht then less food.
