Questions about current cycle

I know yall get newbies all the time tha are like I just started my cycle yesterday and i dont feel anything which is ridiculous because we all know it takes longer than that sooo this is the deal. Im just going into my 4th week of test cyp and ive been looking forward to the hunger kicking in so it wouldnt be so hard fo for me to keep my diet on track i would want it more ya know. But i was under the impression that this would kick in before the other "on" feelings did so should i expect this to come around week 5 or ami just one of those people that arent going to feel that.

Try this: When you wake up, do some cardio with an empty stomach for 30-45min, i promise you it will make you super hungry allday!

Also a great way to get extra cals is add extra virgin oo to your shakes, start slow, otherwise youl be shooting poop.

Concentrate on protein first, atleast 1.5grams per lean bodyweigth pound(i eat 2grams) and after that worry about the other cals.

I do run in the morning and right after i cant really eat but after that im usually good for the day. My diet is in check its just that i am still kinda stuffing the food in as opposed to wanting or looking forward to it and i thought the test would help with that. And ill try that olive oil too, what is a good starting amount.
 
Never got hunger from test. EQ gave it to me when i was cutting on a eq/test/winny cycle, but when i ran it again with test e to bulk up, i didnt feel the hunger.

Mate i feel you, the eating part most days is quite an effort to say the least!

Start with a teaspoon, after a couple of days 1tablespoon. Highest i would go is 2tablespoons per shake. Good fats and high cals easy at the same time. If you wanna limit the fat gain, avoid carbs with this.

good idea wit the extra virgin olive oil mikea, will add approx 120 calories per tbsp. if i do this 3 x a day will t be too much extra fat in my diet?

You should be fine... Another option would be all natural PB as well...

Just an fyi, I don't really notice much from Test E before week 5-6, so wait it out a little longer. If you aren't noticing some solid weight gains or some good strength gains, I'd question the quality of your gear.
 
Youl be fine, and like i said just dont eat carbs with your snack shakes so youl avoid the fat gain.
