Started my diet, what should I add...FIx

11am- 1 cup oatmeal,40 gram protein shake
1pm-half cup cottage cheese, 4 pinapple slices,protein shake 30 grams
2pm-3 egg whites
230-Workout, 10 mins stretching,1hr 15 weights,10 min abs,10 min pad work.
4pm-50 gram protein shake
5pm-7 oz salmon, broc, wild rice
6pm-shake 30 grams
8pm-8 oz chicken breast sweet potato
9pm- 1 cup milk

6'2 200 lbs 8 percent body fat. Trying to add 20 lbs but I'm taking Anavar,tren,test...

Before anyone flames me I'm just starting this diet I know I didn't eat enough but I'm not gonna lie and say I ate way more when I didn't my stomach has to get use to eatting a large amount! goals 400 grams protein 4,500 calories 100 grams of fat and 200 grams of carbs...


ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!
 
well 20lbs i think you don't have enough calories. Also 400grams of protein is alot. Might be a bit of over kill.
I would cut the pinapple maybe add some apples or berries. Not sure I love the Sweet Potato at 8pm either. May want to get the bulk of your carbs in the morning/afternoon. Just my 2 cents.
 
yeah I was told double your weight in protein and god I'm having a hard time getting to those numbers. What can I add in? How many more meals should I add? thank you for the responce I will def. REP YOU :) one last thing I was thinking of eatting some rice a roni and there isn't really any fat and it has 40 grams of carbs which is good source of carbs in the morning but the sodium is 870 should I stay away from foods with high sodium...Like I said my goal is to gain as much muscle as I can without putting on much fat! I'm natually like 180 lbs guy if that I burn calories like crazy!

regarding the rice a roni I would say.... just cook your own meals.
and also i would add some carbs immidietly in your PWO shake.
I ussually add a bit of dextrose(about 30 grams or so) and rice on the side.
 
i would stay away from the rice a roni. Stay away from packaged food. If you want to carb up eat some brown rice or oatmeal... Again just cook your food. Eat natural and stay away from packaged crap.

The sweet potato at 8pm is fine. dont forget, he is trying to GAIN. only when you are trying to cut down should you reduce carbs at night. eat simple carbs in the day (white rice, white bread, white bagels, and switching to complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes, and whole wheat pasta at night). I dont believe people can go past their potential in size by eating whole wheat carbs when trying to bulk. Theres a place for that, like a lean bulk which may give you 5-8 pounds of muscle mass, but if you're lookin to gain 20 pounds, and think you can achieve that using whole wheat carbs, you will be dissapointed. If you eat clean foods all year long, you are restricting yourself from MORE AND BIGGER GAINS.
