I gained 30 pounds on a 40 mg dbol-only cycle with 20 mg of nolvadex a day. All depends on how ya recover ya axis post cycle. It was my first experience and a good one. Grtz

For power and strength, keep it simple: winstrol at 50 mg each day (tabs) or anavar at 50 mg a day Both will give ya lean bodymass without any fat gain if diet is oki. And they will make ya strong as a horse. Grtz and good luck.
