    i doubt its from water retention, could be possible onset of gyno, either take nolva or bromo... or try Winstrol (winny), or all 3 if you want to be really safe.

    the risk of sides w/ tren + deca is way 2 high... armidex may help some, not much most likely, not worth it in my book, and ur not going to get to 260 w/ out proper diet... gear is not a miracle, u cant just take it and get results... right now ur just risking your health if everything is not in...

    make sure ur getting enough potassium, i used to get cramps in my calves all the time, just started eating a banana w/ each meal and it seemed to work.

    I've never ran Winstrol (winny), only dbol, but i would never miss jumpstarting a cycle w/ it b/c i seem to always gain the most in weeks 3-5, and i know that is a big part of it, just my opinion but i'd say maybe start Winstrol (winny) @ 40mg a day for 5 weeks or so at the beginning. good luck...

    calculate out of those meals how many calories you are getting each day...a standard for gaining weight is at least 3500/day, so if ur not getting that many, u need to bump it up b/c 3500 calories = 1 pound, i used to have a problem gaining weight, but once i adjusted my calories it wasnt much...
