Before starting post cycle therapy (pct) would definitely suggest Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) eod 500`100iu x 2 weeks as test and bdol are bound to shrink your raisins...
I don't think there is any need of pre workout stuff on test,I never got pumps with pre-w while I was on test...for me there is no better pw than it...lol...unable to take bath also properly after my fiber splitting arms workout.lol

serious injury man,get hold on "shoulder horn" it will SAFELY help u regain strength and power in ure delts,till then avoid overhand movements and bench press too.
