So even though the HC bypasses the stomach it still has a slow digestion rate?
When I posted my first message I was under the impression that it skips the stomach digestion and begins...
I was reading the info about each of the protein powders on trueprotein.com and I noticed that most of hydrolyzed casein passes the stomach and is absorbed by the small intestine. Is whey's absorption rate better? It seems like this would make the HC better for PWO.

im buying from trueprotien but im not sure which caseinate will give me the most bang for my buck. choices are calcium caseinate($6.79), hydrolyzed casein(14.95), micellar casein (10.50). what purpose does each variety serve?
was just doing a search on the net and found muscle milk protein powder, didnt know that existed, how does that taste compared to the already prepared shake?
ya it has almost like a buttery taste, not too sweet. i think i need to post this at a cooking forum. id really like to know what ingredient gives it such a different taste than all the other shakes. especially the ones i make at home :rolleyes:
dont your eggs stink like shit by tuesday? if i dont eat mine the same day i make them i throw them away. sometimes ill forget and the whole refridgerator will smell bad
