LOL it's no photo shop, I'm not sure why the tile looks darker. We took the pics in the same location, same iPhone 4 and same lights. Maybe now that I'm dark The light isint reflecting off of me lol. I have alot more pics we took throughout the change. I did get 2 good days in at the pool

Currently im doing gnc 100% casein protein with about 2 cups of whole milk. Id like to cut some fat should i go to 2% or skim milk.

This is the darkest I have been, a few moles showed up but no biggie

from what i understand yes, loas the syringes and them put them in the freezer and use as needed
