Trying to get the extra belly fat down.. finally got down to 180 being my goal weight. i'm 5'5 and have dropped close to 50 lbs in a couple months... trying to lose that extra belly fat on the lower abs and still gain muscle..i think carbs affect me badly and cause extra fat to be put on.. just...

breakfast...lean protein shake... 100 calories for 20 g's of protein as more of a fill me up drink...2 medium eggs and a piece of 40 cal wheat toast... lunch...
i know i've read that you should take your first dose of superdrol in the am on an empty stomach...how long after ingestion of the pills can you eat? and it said with the second dose you should eat it with good fats such as flax oil peanut butter and so forth... one other thing i was wondering...

I'm not real old, I turned 16 a couple months ago and have problems on my max days. On the days that i know i'm going to max i usually seem to pysch myself out and can't seem to get the weight i expected up. I do a warm up set and then go to a weight and do one and go up by about 30 pounds each...
