Hct at 61% hemo at ACTUALLY 21.8
"Donated" one pint. 1.5 more layer this week.

Hct s/b down to 50% and hemo 18ish....still high but a start.
New blood draw on the 19th too.

Actually yes...cardio is actually easier cuz I'm not puming motor oil.
