I can assure you that test p kicks in alot sooner than 4 weeks. I'm 5 days in and already seeing impressive results.

Back story: Dabbled in BB and AAS about 5 years ago. Ended up getting myself in a relationship and taking a 3 year hiatus from AAS while barely doing the minimum to retain a decent physique. Long story short; we split and now Im focusing on my fitness goals again. Tale as old as time I guess...

I was fasted while taking the test but I probably had 2 or 3 cups of coffee.

As you can see, total T looks ok but free T is low.... Also FSH looks to be on the low side. I took this test at 1130 am which is half way through the day for me since I wake up around 6 am. could taking the test late in the day have cause my free T levels to be low?

Anyhow, I just received my baseline blood work today so I will attach that as soon as the thread shows up.

Id say work out as much as you can while "on" and gauge how you feel and dial it back from there. That's my plan at least.
