Gyno surgery will most likely not be covered by insurance. If there is any chance you will have to write in a letter to your insurance company explaining why you need this (a real medical reason and not just cosmetic). It would run you about 3000-6000 depending on the area and doctor. Hope...

Surgery costs $12,000... Luckily I haven't gone on vacation in a while...dumping out my entire bank account on this but its going to be 100% worth the freedom. Its about a 6 week recovery...and..also test e cycle is on its way for the first cycle!
Hey guys thanks for all the freakin motivation/great responses. As an update its been about a year or more...cant get rid of my loose skin. Going under the knife to have it removed in 3 weeks and ready for the next steps ;)
