1 inch in the glute?

Can you poke with 1 inch needles in the glutes? 1.5 inch seems like its too long. I'm not fat also!

You can probably get away with 1", but on the other hand, even if you are extremely low BF, 1.5" is NOT too long.

I pretty sure you can do it with 1 inch needle but with 1.5 inch you're sure you let the gear deep inside the muscle, personally I have utilised a 21G 1.5 Inch needle for my first shoot, The injection was ok but I did it too fast so I was fuckingly sore ( just was walking like a old old man ) If you can use a 25G 1.5 inch or 1 if you're afraid to kill your ass lol


Stone could you give us an indication for the angle to use for glute ? THX

I hit the glute straight in with a 23g 1.5" and never had any problems. I tried a ventro glute injection, but couldn't walk for 2 days afterwards.

As long as your not fat, a 1" should be fine. You just want to make sure your going into the muscle.

I wouldnt personally hit vg shots with a 1.5, and after the site is used to injections I feel its the BEST spot to put anything, even the most painful gear sits happy there.

i used a 1in for the glute once and wont ever do it again got a big lump and it was sore this was about 2 weeks ago 1.5 for me.
