1-methyl test vs. M1T

what do you guys think is better?
legal gear's 1-methyl test or gaspari's m1t?

What do you mean other supps? I used Legal Gear's M1T and Gaspari's. I found that Legal Gears was much more potent...it gave me awsome results.

But I remember someone telling me that they put other stuff in it...

can you please elaborate
