1-TPro advice

After many years of blaming bad shoulders from wrestling injuries for not staying in shape, I have begun to get serious again. For two weeks, I have been on the following, and I have seen some amazing results. Nearly everything I have unertaken in these two weeks has come as a result of reading this message board and a few others for dieting and training advice, and I have spared no expense to buy the best you have educated me about. Please share your opinions on my routine. I have been religious to my schedule aside from not eating quite enough. I feel great and have really changed my appearance in 2 weeks. I am 39 years old, weigh about 175 and am around 5'10". I have pretty good genes and have never had a high percentage of body fat, even when not eating right and working out for several years. I bought 1-TPro and am prepared to do a 4 week cycle beginning Jan. 17th. What do I need to change/modify and when exactly do I begin taking 6-Oxo and for how long? I have always feared the gyno problems associated with prohormones and have included some libido protection already. Please share your opinions. I would greatly appreciate them.

Supplements
3 X 2.5 scoops - 120 grams Whey Isolate (SportLab)
2 X 3 scoops - Creatine (Plasmavol)
2 X 2 (25 mg.) - Vasopro Ephedrine
1 X 5 mg - pure GABA (DreamShape GABA)
2 X 1 (540 mg.) - VigRx
3 X 3 (500 mg.) - Pure Puruvian Maca Root

On the way...
Don Lemmon's Multivitamin
Lemmon's Oil (Fish Oil)

With the Whey and Creatine, I eat about 2:1 protein to carbs. Lots of turkey, chicken and venison, leafy vegetables including salad, spinach and other greens. I have no appetitie though. I don't eat much anyway, but fear I'm not getting enough. Ephedrine gave me headaches, nausea and I felt terribly lethargic for the first few days, but all have subsided now. Do not feel the tingling or vasodilating effects of GABA as was predicted, but I am sleeping much better.

I work out everyday but only for about 20 minutes at a time. I alternate arms/legs/back with chest/lats/shoulders on successive days. I only do two sets with a couple of exercises for each targeted group. However, I do each exercise to exhaustion. I work abs everyday with elevated situps.

Something is working, but I don't know if I am maximizing everything. And, does anyone recommend anything else for supplement? Incredible is the creatine - I have no soreness after workouts. Recovery is wonderful.

Please, please share thoughts.

Personally I wouldnt start with androgens just yet. You need to get your joints used to lifting and stress again. When you are ready to do your cycle make sure to get some 4ad. I would use the maca and VigrX post cycle. Creatine could be used post as well. But I dont think it really matters a whole lot.

The 1-TPro has 4-AD in it. Thanks. I can wait on the cycle if it might be best. Anything else you'd suggest? I know it's only been two weeks, but the early results are inspiring. I think what I am seeing now is what has been hiding for awhile.

After you finish up that creatine either get one of the "new" creatines and some citruline malate or keep that one and and add the CM.

What is the citruline malate for, and where might I find it? Is there a better creatine than Plasmavol?

Also, with what I have shared, How many calories do you think I should be consuming a day? My arms are decent. I need development on my chest. Any exercise recommendations to better target the chest? Currently doing 2 sets of dumbell presses, upright benches and flies.

Yeah. Not to diss or anything but it reminds Dito of Cell Tech. Examples of better ones: NOZ, Kreataine, Swole V2.

Also, with what I have shared, How many calories do you think I should be consuming a day?

To be honest I have never been one to count calories. I just count protein. I try to get 350-400 grams of it a day. So for you try to get 300-350 grams a day.

Add in some dips. Here is where I got my workout info from: http://www.animalkits.be/phpBB/viewtopic.php?topic=253&forum=11&1349 Its a long thread but well worth the read.

I looked at that citrulline liquid "new" product and i have 2 things to say:
1 liquid supplements are very controversial as for effectiveness. Many have been proven to be just wishful thinking (EX liquid creatines )
2 the malate part i think comes from binding with malic acid ( a filler used in proteins etc along with xantham gum etc ).... as with any "ate" ( orotate from orotic acid etc ), that just means using the relative acid as a binder/carrier.
From time to time these fillers/additives get resurrected as miracle compounds.
Not a big wow on my side although ( as everybody else ) i'm not triple Ph.D in molecular engineering.
3 If you want citrulline ( the secret from watermelon ), then go get it at beyond-a-century.com for 25$/100g powder.
Yea you'll have to encapsulate it yourself but think of the saving.
I think 'i'll try citrulline, too.

thanks, i read the threads.
i basically think:
1 some try to push the old&worn-out " hey! our compound *is* a DRUG! they've been selling on Jupiter as such for years! Come stocking before the FDA closes the loophole!"
;-)
yea as i showed with picamilone, serrapeptase etc, they do are sold as drugs somewhere, costing 10x or 20x the price i pay for the compound.
Someone pointed out (as i did) that malic acid is just another filler/additive.
Of course some would reply " our compound made of 2 chemicals [ malic acid + citrulline ] is better than the 2 compounds alone or altogether ".
hmmm
Reminds me of the dozens of wonder creatine salts, which made the news long ago....and none lasted long.
Plus all the gossip about the "drug"....
here laws differ from the USA & any donkey can just take an ages old product (say ibuprufen/aspirin etc ), clog it with fillers, then file a patent for that "new compound! and don't bother me with saying it's good ole aspirin coz our overfilled compound is better than aspirin alone cuz of proprietary delivery ".
Thus you've 789 trademarks for aspirin.

Citrulline has long ago been introduced by BAC.
I will try it sometimes.
As with most supplements, some will be delighted; many will be pleased; few will say it's bullsh!t.
A last line about the "hey! look ! that's a drug! come before the FDA catches us! ":
here many compounds that are OTC dirty cheap in the USA, are "prescription-only" and cost 20x.
And i'm talking about ibuprufen, famotidine, imodium, etc, not 1-test.

Your concern was addressed in the thread. If it was some unknown company or one like Biotest, EAS, ETC. Then I would be concerned. But not from reputable companies. Jrod is a very trusted person in this industry. Ergopharm is the same. Not everyone is out to get us.

As with Picamilone, they are CONVINCED it is a "different" compound....
yet they admit that's a GABA based wonder sold as a drug in Russia but not Picamilone....
Yea, how many GABA based russian drug are being released to the USA at once?!
************
I do not question any vendor per se: i question them all.
In the thread i saw just this reasoning:
1 citrulline malate is sold as a drug in France ( see my reply elsewhere )
2 C-M is a compound made of malic acid ( a food additive/filler around for ages ) + citrulline.
Yea, as an "ate" is a salt and i can get salts out of most any acid base: malic acid, citric acid, etc.
3 in many countries, add some filler to an ages old compound, then file a patent for a "new breakthrough" discovery.
4 TRI CREATINE malate (!) was right on another creatine wonder
.........
Tri-Creatine Malate comprises of molecular bonded Creatine and Malic acid. The bond is broken in stomach acid to release pure Creatine(not creatine monohydrate) and Malic acid. Both of which are then immediately absorbed through the intestine. The beauty of this stunning new Creatine salt is the fact that it contains Malic acid. Malic acid supports energy production that is essential for proper muscle performance, and allows the body to produce ATP more efficiently. Furthermore, Malic acid acts as a catalyst to the Krebs cycle where fats and glucose are converted into energy. This truly is the future of Creatine.

as you can see, the malic acid is just another "buffering" /fizzing agent ( how many of those have we had already? )
Do you remember when everybody was adding "Krebs cycle intermediates" to ANY supplement?
how long?

5 sum 1+2+3+4 and you'll see what i mean.

i saw a few days ago SAN (?) is still marketing creatine malate, along with other companies.
Don't trust me: enter creatine malate in Google &see.
Anyway my point is proven: you say that was a "trick" on the side of Syntrax but given so many market creatine malate, i bet it's a trend in the industry....
i just wanted to add: and probably citrulline malate is the next of that hyped breed.

Yeah if you will read on the Syntrax board it is there somewhere. Dicreatine does exist but tri does not. What Syntrax did on their first run of Swole was put on the label TriCreatine Malate. Then other companies copied them. Only time will tell what happens with CM. Should be feedback soon.
