I'll probably still give me body another 6-8 weeks and see where I sit and really get serious about dieting and lifting as well. I think my SHBG is still elevated and coupled with a 421 Total T im pretty screwed, but I wont know till free T comes back on monday.
If I diet and workout and supplement, which I've been doing neither of the 3 this last month or two I might be able to get into the high 500's or maybe even low 600's. Plus my SHBG should come down in time.
Want to say I tried everything before hopping back on HRT for life at 23 years old. Possibly another PCT but not sure. Last PCT I ended up at 1100, this time I never got higher then 690...
