I started working out March 2006. At one time I was 210 lbs(before march 2006, in college)...just outta shape. So I started eating right and got down to 194ish, which is the first pic, no exercising. Then I started hitting the gym and its been a whole year at the gym so I thought I'd let you guys see the progess...I'm happy with where I have gotten, but there is still plenty to improve on.
