1 year progression pics

I started working out March 2006. At one time I was 210 lbs(before march 2006, in college)...just outta shape. So I started eating right and got down to 194ish, which is the first pic, no exercising. Then I started hitting the gym and its been a whole year at the gym so I thought I'd let you guys see the progess...I'm happy with where I have gotten, but there is still plenty to improve on.

how do i get the damn pic to post....I uploaded it to snapfish then I go to the link that says insert image but it dont work....help?
 
i think the nov 3 pic is the best. I don't think you need to lean down much more. I'd drop to minimal cardio and starting eating more, just keep it clean if you want to help keep the trim look.
 
i really dont want to be a 175ish, but I really want a 6 pack...i cant start to see my upper abs but the lower seems like it will only come out when i get to 175ish. We'll see which way i decide to go still not sure.
