Thought i'd make a post about my cycle and how it went, along with asking a question about how i should approach my pct.
I ran test E for 10 weeks, pinned Sun/Wed. 500mg/week, and took .5mg AI EOD.

Weight:
Start-185lbs
End-205lbs
Body Fat:
Start- 12%
End- 13%
Bench:
Start- 225lbsx9
End- 225lbsx17
Deadlift:
Start- 425lbsx1
End- 465lbsx1
Squat:
Start- 315lbsx1
End- 365lbsx1
Although i didn't have the best diet, i think i came out pretty well overall. I put in over a dozen hours a week in the gym, so that made up for my mediocre diet.
Hoping to maintain most of my gains, which is where PCT comes in. I'm gonna start Nolva today (my last pin was 2 weeks ago today) @ 40/40/20/20. My question is, should i still use my AI? Maybe @ .25mg EOD? ED? Not at all? Thanks in advance for all help.
