Matt, lets see a pic of yourself natural? You keep fuking with GOT, and you come up with all these excuses as to why your physique "looks better than his". I can post my pic when 100% natural both from my bulk to my cut.
Honestly, your physique is below average even for a natural, let alone for someone taking test and tren.
The sooner you realize you dont look good the faster you make gains, FACT.

That just means he's came that much farther. And don't act like u would eat pizza and Mcds if u could and stay as lean as him.. How many cycles u been on? How long u been on them?
 
Matt while I applaud ignoring the haters keeping you motivated, you should listen to what some are saying in this case... You really don't look like you are on test+tren nor do you look ready for it. Don't even ask me for a photo because I blow you away and have only ever done test (250mg for 6 weeks followed by 500mg for another 6 weeks then back) to TRT dose for a month. I have just come off TRT for a month after being on my TRT dose for a final and cancelled attempt at restoring my HPTA so I have lost a bit and am bloated, I just went back on TRT a week ago and I still will blow you out the water in terms of muscle.

Take it as constructive criticism and learn to focus on what is lacking, it's either diet or training or you just got bunk gear.
 
and i dont know what my watch size is. the size of my wrist is of no concern to me lol. im not coming in this thread to be arrogant or cocky...but comparing my physique to matt's physique is a joke. the guy is a total beginner and his physique is evidence of that. ive put my time and work in and i have a lot of room for improvement, but i have built a pretty well developed physique up to this point.

What is your cycle history in that two years, roughly. What you did in 2 years could have been done easily, naturally, well within 2 years so enlighten me with your cycle history.

Up to 6 months ago I wss going into the gym with a pl mindset, inhave ssid his multiple times, not any intentions tomget 8-12 reps, but max 1-3 reps, diet was shit, didnt care what I ate, wasnt weighing my food, so honestly u can say it was my diet for the longest time holdig me back and my training method
Was up to 250 my highest, looked in the mirror and said this is not right, ya I could lift heavy but wasnt happy with my appesrance, so I wemt on 16 week cut, went from 250 down to 198, high p, high f, low carb diet 2200 cals a day, choped a lot of shit off and sacrificed loosing some mass cause I knew it was startig to bite into my muscle but didnt care

Wait wait wait, if you trying to tell me your not trying to actually bodybuild for appearance rather your powelrifting exclusively and not caring about size, then why have you not stated this? Post up strength gains and the like and state that you are not doing it for looks rather your doing it for the numbers... in that case, then nice!
 
I dont habe that high metabolism genetic feature gram has where I can eat 2 boxes of pizza, mcdonalds, wendy's ect, so in return i try to eat clean get my 6 meals in for the day and keep trck of my cals now
It works both way with people that have genetically a high metabolim, it will tske twice the amount off food to put on some mass= more money, for people with a slower metabolism we adjust our diets to either cut or bulk

No I was geared before solie for one thing max weight, my mindset has changed over the period of 6 months, concentratimg on form, lighter weight, higher rep range, hitting each muscle group atlesst once a week
