12wk Cycle Tren En/Test En

Greetings,

I am trying to get some feedback on a cycle I am thinking of running, Basically I will be running this cycle as a cutting cycle. Sitting @ 19% BF, 262lb 6'1. Been working out for 6 years.

Have ran 3 cycles, first two I was young and dumb and didn't run a post cycle therapy (pct). First one never shut me down really but the second one I am still recovering from so to speak. Sometimes I have problems holding an erection etc.. Been using Cialis or Viagra as needed. I can still have sex but there is a 20% chance that it doesn't work which really hits me hard. That's why I want to do this one right.


Previous cycle history:
1st - 14wks Test Cyp @ 500mg EW
1-4 50mg Dbol ED

2nd - 12 wks test cyp @ 600mg EW
1-4 DBOL ED

3rd Proposed Cycle:

1-12 Test E @ 750mg EW
1-8 Tren E @ 300mg EW
1-10 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 500mg EW
14-15 Nolva @ 40mg ED
16-17 Nolva @ 20mg ED

Still need help with my Clomid and Arimidex dosing (for the tren)

Opinions? Comments? Suggestions?

I have been running my cycles @ high BF with no issues, both cycles of slimmed me out quite a bit. I just keep my diet on check during.

This is just to harden me up a bit and lose a bit. I have to mention that I have a very big frame, big bones and all that.

Diet on cycle will be as follows;

8am: Banana + 30mg Whey shake
10am: Banana or other fruit + a peanut butter and honey sandwhich on multigrain for my gym carbs
noon: GYM, healthy dose of iron
2pm: Can of tuna + yogurt
5pm: cardio
dinner: meat + veggies + a potato if im feeling dangerous.
Snack : protein shake or some casein protein (cottage cheese)

Gym week
4-5 x weights
2-4 x cardio

Keep in mind I have no need to run into a show or anything liek that, this is all for personal benefit. I understand the risks of running at a high BF.

sooo you wanna run a cycle for what exactly? harden you up and lose a bit right?

ill be the first to say,IMO,that you should do this with diet. head over to the diet section and youll wanna post up that diet of yours to 3J. thats a weak diet for a 260 pounder bro. good luck

Thanks for the heads up.

I should also add I snack on a piece of chicken 1-3 times extra during the day. I always have a fridge full of 15+ pieces of meat ia tupperware container. Once it drops below 5 pieces I cook up some more.
 
ya im not trying to ruin your day or anything bro. if you are truly 19% bf just take a few months of serious diet and training to get down below 15%. from there you could decide to do some gear or not.

No worries,I know my body, ive had very good results on my last two cycles and I was between 23-25% for those. Went from benching 365x1 to 435x4, legpressing 1875lb, curling the 100's, flying the 120's.

I am well awre that the risks go up the higher the BF for anything from gyno, blood pressure, fat building, etc.. The key is to keep a diet on check.

On cycle I do not drink and I barely drink off cycle.

I am 23 would be 24 mid cycle. Did my first one @ 20. second one @ 22.

I am a big boy in general, even if I shed every ounce of fat off my body i'de still be well over 200lb. Maybe even close to 215ish

cycle isnt bad but the tren is a eth ester and 10 weeks is a mininum for eth esters IMO.

im old school and like to see clomid in post cycle therapy (pct). maybe add 50 mg every day during pct.

as for you . just looking at your pics your not lean but you do acarry a respectable amount of lean mass so a cutter with a GOOD diet might be a good idea.
