14 day DNP run @ 250mg during 500mg Test E log

(Already started this cycle, on 4th week of Test E and day 3 of DNP)

Goals
Single digit BF stardom

NEED to get shredded for summer. I'm gonna be quitting my job and going to school full time and plan on living near campus. There's gonna be hot dudes..I mean chicks everywhere and you can bet I plan on being shirtless walking around with my pomeranian everywhere.

Anyways I'm kinda already into the cycle. Original plan was to run 500mg test a week, followed by anavar towards the end of cycle to kinda "polish" things off.

DNP has always been in the back of my mind. After doing tons and tons of research on both good and bad sides of the story, I'm willing to accept the risk. Safety protocols will be implemented as much as possible. Just wanna do a quick 10-14 day blast of DNP @ 250mg. Nothing higher. Please, no lecturing as well. We all have circumstances in our lives and we all have decisions we make.

DIET
Carb timed cycling. 2 days high carb high calorie on days I wanna grow, 2 days moderate carbs on non growth lift days, low carbs every other day. Carbs consist of plain oats, sweet potato, and fruits only before workouts. Protein will consist of bulk chicken breast and egg whites. Fats consist of yolks, natural peanut butter, and almonds.Protein will be high everyday with low fats on high carb days, and moderate fat on low carb days. Will be eating everyday at a 500-800 calorie deficit on non growth days.

Training
Body part split, 5 on 2 off. Cardio will consist of 45-60 minutes of uphill walking 5 times a week as time permits.

Anyways already on Day 3 @ 250mg. Sides are just slight heat raise. Slightly sweaty. A little lethargy, but very manageble. So far the sides are not bad at all. Haven't checked weight yet, but definitely looking learner more veins are apparent. Metabolism has DEFINITELY increased.

be veryful with DNP, def dont leave the house when your on DNP if its hot outside. Your going to be sweating 24/7. Btw why you u run DNP now??? diet first man, then if u want do DNP 3 weeks before summer...
 
I live where its 45 degrees daytime and 30's at night so heat is not an issue! I am officially on day 12 of DNP @ 250mg crystal

If anyone is keeping up with this log....

Day 1
-Slight heat, mild sweat working indoors. Nothing too crazy

Day 4
-It really kicked in here. Mild sweat all day if indoor temps above 65*, but not pouring sweat like some describe. Sleep kinda sucks, sheets get wet. Workouts haven't really lacked at all. Hitting PRs on most lifts still, squeezing extra reps. I do notice I get winded from cardio faster, and can't go at full workout intensity. But everyday tasks aren't too bad.

Day 5-10
-Same as day 4 with heat, but with lethargy now. All I do is sleep all day, go to work, workout, and sleep lol. Fat loss is tremendous. New veins, I even saw a vein on my stomach! (Never seen in 26 years). Everyone says I "beefed up" but its most likely from losing fat and seeing more definition. Fat loss is 3 lbs from 191 - 188. But seeing how I was 12%bf to begin with, I can't expect too much weight loss without muscle loss. But sides are VERY manageable and DO NOT affect my daily life activities at all. I feel like I could go on for a month with this stuff, but I'm not.
 
Today is day 12, and I split half a cap and bumped my dosage to 400mg a day for shits and giggles. DEFINITE heat increase, but still manageable. I'm not pouring sweat, constantly out of breath, or feel like death as some have described. It may be the 500mg of test keeping me strong as an ox. I've been checking blood pressure 5-8x a day and never been over 120-80. Heart rate fluctuates from 70-80. So far DNP has been the most amazing fat loss agent I've taken. At a low dose with a clean diet, I think the effects outweigh the sides. Hell, people complain more about tren sides and way more guys juice tren than DNP. I'm a believer that DNP is safe with moderation and responsible usage.

I think 14 days is pushing it bro
Run it for 10 days 3 days @ 250mg 7 days @ 500mg it will remain in your system for around 12-13 days
Suplement with some t3 as dnp depletes your t3 levels take around 50mcg ed
Try to get your carbs from fruits it's only a suggestion as fructose helps detoxify the liver
Also throw in some eca it will help with the lethargy and cravings

I've been supplementing with ECA, defnitely helps. I stopped taking it as of today, will take after pics as soon as water gets dumped out of my system (i look kinda bloated)

Man, I had it on 3 days @ 400mg and it didn't feel good. At 250 fat loss wasn't as extreme but the sides were barely noticeable. The sides at 400 were definitely noticeable and changed my lifestyle. I felt dirty, like a drug addict lol.
