15 minutes of high intense cardio burn muscle?

I plan to do 15 minutes of high intense cardio once or twice a week jump roping sprinting and jump training. Is this okay or will it burn muscle or inhibit muscle growth?
 
i think he means it won't help build muscle. 2 15 minute sessions a week of intense cardio is good for you, it won't hurt muscle growth
 
15 mintues of high intensity cardio will help burn fat make sure your calories are dialed in and it won't burn muscle.
 
Been doing 2 hiit session a week for general cardio health, never noticed any sort of muscle growth suppression, aslong as the calories are added to on these days
