Hello everyone. I'm currently in college and want some good food tips that aren't expensive considering I'm on a low budget. I shop at Costco for the bulk of food which lasts me around 7-10 days. Anyways, I'm 5"8 150 and I want to gain about 25-30 lbs by August. I'm 5.4% BF and my metabolism is lightning fast.(literally) no matter how much I eat it almost seems impossible for me to put on lbs since I'm so active all day long. I thought I had a problem but I checked with the doctors and they say there's nothing wrong and I look healthy. I was wondering if someone could list me a nice low budget mean plan. Thanks a lot
