1500cal/day decifit okay?

Posted in "burning the fat" section but was told I might have better luck here.


I want to shed some weight quickly, my maintenance is about 3300 calories. 6'4", 204lbs, 15% or so.

I have absolutely no problem eating only 1800 calories a day if it will help me shed the fat quicker without losing muscle.

I am running sustanon 250 right now, .6ml EOD, totaling 525mg/week.

I have been cutting about 3 weeks now, first week I was down from 213 to 206. The following 2 weeks I am down to 204, but look a lot leaner than 2lbs fat loss.
(2200 calories, 226g protein, 15g carbs, 137g fat)

Over those 2 weeks of only eating 2200 calories, I havent lost any strength in the gym.


Macro breakdown as of the last 2 days is roughly 1800 calories, 200g protein, 15g carbs, 100g fat.


Also at the 2 week mark I did a refeed with 3000 calories, 200g protein, 100g fat and the rest carbs.


The reason Im asking is because I would like to cut as much fat as I can during the end of this cycle, I have about 2 weeks left.
 
If you wanna do an extreme cut, try out the PSMF diet. Its pretty much an all protein no fat no carb diet. It is EXTREME and very very difficult to do, you can only do it for about 10 days before you're too mentally fatigued and thats when you start eating up muscle
