16 wks of tren e and test e

Whats up guys. I just started whats going to be a 16 wk cycle of tren e 250mg/wk and test e 375mg/wk, plan to bridge off with test e for about 8 wks starting at 300 mg/wk and weaning down to 150. I've done short 8 week cycles before but I wanted to go for something to get some hardcore results. I have also used tren before so I'm well aware of the sides and anger issues. Pct will be clomid 25 mg ed for 4wks stacked with P6 extreme and HCGenerate. I train 6 days a wk 1 day rest. My diet will be something like, morning: 1 cup oatmeal, lunch: 2 boneless 8 oz chicken breasts, evening: 12 oz chuck steak and sweet potatoes, before bed 2 scoops vanilla muscle milk in 8 oz of whole milk. Just wanted to get some input to see if i've got all my shit together for peak results. Oh and my stats are '5 10" 191 lbs, 10-11% bf, arms flexed 16 1/4", chest a measly 47 1/2" (its my hardest muscle group to develop). Trying to break 200 lbs and get my arms to 17" cold lol. Appreciate any advice.
 
16 weeks is a little long IMO to run tren... Test seems a little low also i don't see the use in running anything under 500mg's a week. Do you have any thing on hand? Letro, adex, caber, prami? Also how old are you?

I ran a pretty successful Test E and Tren E cycle this summer but did 10 weeks 500mg's/wk test and started off at 250mg's a week of tren then built up to 400 after the 3rd week. At week 10 lets say I was happy to be done with the Tren night sweats weird dreams and insomnia to name a few of the sides. Couldn't imagine 16 weeks.

In terms of your PCT, it is generally suggested to use both Clomid and Nolva. Also your dosage of Clomid is very low. My suggestion is to use Clomid at 50mg/day and Nolva at 20mg/day for the 4 weeks of your PCT. Since your cycle is a bit longer, you might want to continue the Nolva usage for an additional 2 weeks at 20mg/day.
 
I have plenty of clomid on hand so 50mg a day is no problem. As for nolva I'm just not a big fan because my last two pct experiences with it always ended with me getting sick as hell with flu like symptoms. I could probably get my hands on some letro. Also I have enough test on hand I could probably build up to 500mg and still make it 16 wks if that's what'll get me the best results. Guess I forgot to include my age in my first post, I'm 25 for a couple more weeks lol.
