19 Year Old TRT Questions - LOW T?

Age: 19
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 150

Weight training: Lift 7x/week - compound lifts only.
Diet: Mostly meat.
Health: Above-average healthy 19 year old.

Past experience with pro's/AAS: Ran a cycle of stane for a month back in Jan. of 2013.

Test levels taken December of 2013: ~ 455ng/dl -- can't remember the exact number.
... seems low for a nineteen year old dude although my doctor said it was fine.

Have ED -- take 5mg Cialis every morning.
Yes, it started after I ran the cycle back in Jan. of 2013 -- didn't cycle off properly.

Additional info:
- Past heroin addict -- currently clean +2 years now.

- Prescribed Wellbutrin for ADD and Seroquel for insomnia (as needed).

- Not in school, work low hours/week at a relatively stress-free job.

To those more experienced than me:

What's the best route to go?
My doctor said my levels were fine; should I go to a new doctor?
Online TRT clinics? Which ones? Legit ones that take under 30 patients?
Is my test level of about 455ng/dl fine and do I just need to change my training and diet like a good boy? ... sarcasm, my health couldn't be better in regards to exercise, diet and sleep.

Thanks in advance, guys.

Stay real,

Mike

Hi MrVeins, I know a number of healthy 20 year old guys with about the same total testosterone levels as yours. These guys are all friends of mine and they function well on these levels. What I'm saying is that your TT is not way low and I personally think that starting on TRT would initially be more of a problem than a solution. If I were you I would check my SHBG levels through a blood draw to see if they were high which would cause lower free testosterone. Do you have any other low T symptoms other than ED? Because I don't think you're relatively OK total testosterone level would be the direct reason for your ED. If you find that you're free testosterone levels are good I would start looking for other reasons for your ED.

My opinions are based on my hours and hours of research, though they're not necessarily correct.

Yes, constant fatigue is a big one despite taking 300mg of Wellbutrin in the morning.

The ED, according to a past urologist, is a direct result from improper cycling of my last run.

It's clearing up but I'm also on Cialis so it's hard to tell. Cialis kicks ass -- no reason to stop taking it.

Appreciate the feedback.

I must agree with Dam.
while a 450 test level is low for a 19 year old, it shouldn't be causing ED.
You need a full comprehensive blood panel

Maybe even a nolva/clomid pct

Also it could be in your head, ED is a tricky one.
Lastly working out 7 days a week and complaining of fatigue usually go hand in hand.

Get some blood work and then take it from there imo.

I took epistane as well at 20 years old(3 years back), and 2 months after pct my test was 108 lol. Another 2 months it came up to 467, while still low I was able to achieve erections. Now everyone is different but I think there is something else going on here.

I got a full blood test done and the urologist did say that some of it was stress, although I'm relatively stress free.

In my head -- yes, at this point. But Cialis is helping with that.

No doc. I've been to will prescribe TRT with my levels. Probably for the best at this point till I'm older.

No doubt will run another cycle correctly in the future.

I don't think that's the cause. You are probably just over trained or possibly have a low free test.

It would help us if you posted your blood work instead of just saying you got it done.

Do you have extensive thryoid bloods? Have you been tested for sleep apnea. Have you had your dhea-s and cortisol tested?
You said your doctor says it's stress, which will definitely lower your T and cause ED if you let it.

TRT at 19 for someone who didn't PCT is a long road and I don't think you should jump the gun. Unless you have a tumor/thyroid/ or sleep apnea problem you will most likely be able to get that number up quite a bit.

I don't see the harm in running some clomid/nolva for 6 weeks and see if your numbers improve before committing to the needle. I'm not against it, but I do think you should rule everything out as well as attempting a restart or two.

Trust me, I've been on trt for over a year because of a bad pct and it didn't resolve my mental problems. Attempting my own restart now, it's just a pain to play God with your hormones.

I'll look into running some clomid for 6 weeks -- for blood work, I call my doc to get that? I know my primary has it on file.

Go to his office if it isn't far and pick up a hard copy. They are your results, always get them in the future. These things are of utmost important when you have ED and the problems you're experiencing!

The site sponsor has legit clomid as well.

I'll go tomorrow and post the results when I get them -- it's only 5min away.

Out of all the ads, which is the site sponsor?

Appreciate all the help in advance.

jomamma0078, what would you recommend for running a Nolvadex cycle to boost my test levels over 6 weeks?

I assume it's different than using it as a PCT in my case.

If you aren't going to be on it long term and only for 6 weeks I'd run it the same as a pct @40mg ed

Personally I'd do
Clomid 100/100/100/100
Nolva 40/40/40/40/40/40
maybe some arimidex .5mgs twice per week

Most would say don't run an ai during pct but personal experience the negative effects from clomid for me seemed to be estrogen related and the ai helped tremendously. Also estrogen is suppressive and will suppress hpta

Check out the last post, that's the idea.
