You are already turned on as you have a decent testosterone level. This is just to attempt to restore your HPTA to it's fully functional capability.

Almost everyone will have a test boost, at least on SERMS, the trick is to keep levels elevated after cessation.

I'd run both, this is your health and there's no harm in being safe. Is a seat belt enough? Sure, but I'd rather have an airbag to go along with it.
There are numerous studies showcasing the synergistic effect when Clomid and Nolvadex are used together,

I already told you what I recommend for both.

If you want to run clomid longer say 3-6 months then I'd agree an say run at 25mgs EoD but I don't think that's necessary.
I feel a short pct like blast should be sufficient.

If not then I'd try a longer duration, but most react poorly to clomid and wouldn't want to be on it 6 months.
