Been training on and off since i was 17yo, but the last year ive been trainning a solid 4 - 5 times a week.
Nutrition
7am instant oats, impact whey and a banana
10:30am egg or tuna on granary bread and some kind of nuts
2pm instant oats, impact whey and fruit and nut bars
5:30pm chicken and rice
6pm banana and dextrose
9pm impact whey
All generous servings 4000 - 4500 calories
Test only it is then. I did a test and deca shot last thursday, question is will the deca vial be ok for the next 6 months before i next use it as its been pinned?
I have tamoxifen on hand, how often should i take it?
