1st cycle finished!

Thank you for all the info I have gleaned from all the mods/vets on here. Just had a succesful first cycle (Test 250 2x a week) and now it is time for the most important part of all, post cycle therapy (pct). I have clomid nolva and am waiting to start post cycle therapy (pct) in 2 weeks. Great results so far. went from 210lbs at 17%bf to 230 at about the same bf%.

To be honest I am dreading the next few weeks coming up after hearing about how shitty post cycle therapy (pct) is but it is part of the game.
Now for next cycle suggestions, Test deca? test var? im open to suggestions fellas.
 
when your on post cycle therapy (pct) remember, if u get depressed, no matter how bad it SEEMS your life is actually peachy, everything and everybody is fine and its just your hormones making is seem like things are bad or people are changing yadda yadda
 
my second cycle I added deca
I havnt done var...... yet :D so I cant recommend it
but I seem good lasting results with deca

That's what ive been worrying about haha. Although after post cycle therapy (pct) ill be cutting and blame the moodiness on that ;p
 
Go pick up some L tyrosine and B-12. Will help out a bunch with any low energy/depression
issues. Those 2 saved my ass on PCT

Funny that you mentioned that because my gym buddy just picked some up not too long ago to add to his post cycle therapy (pct). B12 is a shot right?

You can get it pill/capsule form, sublingual, or injection. Injection is best followed by sublingual. Wouldn't really spend my money on the others.

I've been taking a B Complex pill... seems to work good for energy.
might try that injectable next go around

You never know man, you could be different. I wasnt effected by post cycle therapy (pct). Idk, i didnt get moody, i wasnt depressed, i didnt feel lethargic. I just felt, normal. ha.

So i say just keep doin your thing, hittin the gym and what not, and youll be fine.

That is what I am hoping for in all honesty. If anything I ordered a whole bunch of preworkouts in case I need an extra kick in the arse for my morning workouts.

There is always room for improvement. Always something you're not happy with. You'll always be working towards a bulk, or a cut. You will eventually ween friends out because they slow you down. There will be haters, trying to put you down. And eventually you'll embrace the one man wolf pack... That might last a while because, I'm sure it's pretty hard to find a chick who has the same, life style...

Embrace it! And enjoy every pump, every lift, and every day you wake up with a sore muscle group because, that's what we live for.

Just remember patients is a virtue!

And, I know how you feel about your rear delts. I noticed mine a few months ago... they're lacking huge, hopefully they grew a little!

Couldn't have said it better! You have actually made some good progress. I've seen your progress thread before so don't you sell yourself short!

Luckily for me after the wife freaked out when she found my gear she has finally accepted it. She might be open to some var in the future :)
 
Good work brah. I can definitely see a difference in your pecs. Good luck with PCT, you should be fine tho. Personally, the only rough part for me is looking in the mirror and not seeing the always pumped look when I'm on post cycle therapy (pct). I just get down cuz I look smaller, but just remember it's all in ur head. Eat right and ur golden.
