Right - when i say this is my 1st cycle ISH! i mean that i did a couple of years ago a six week cycle of deca and sus 1/2ml of each three times a week. Which I got some gains but nothing to write home about.
I have just got my diet kicked into touch and will be carb cycling to get my BF down which currently is around 28% (high I know). Got the cardio sorted witha mix of HIIT training and steady cardio so no muscle is able to be wasted.
I am 6ft 2 roughly 256lbs with 28%.When on the 6 week pathetic cycle which I was badly informed by someone who "knew what they were doing" and that he told me to cut with!!! I have been told by several bodybuilders on the other hand that a little deca will help endurance? how true that is I couldnt say.
I have spent endless hours and hours studying for this and now I want to get back on it I am training full on and never struggle to train hard and currently got diet in check which is being checked every two weeks to tweek it; so the bodyfat will be dropping.
I know I will get some grief for this but I want to use something that will maintain what I have while getting down to around 14% bf so I can hit with a good bulking cycle. I am a professional wrestler (dont laugh ha) but really need a constant look continually. I have been recommened to run a 2 or 3ml test 400 p.week for tweleve weeks while cutting poss with some tren in there. what do you people think of this recommendation? I know its not ideal at such high BF and I know it looks like I have done no homework but believe me I have!
I would hope from this cycle a more solid look which will come from diet I know but I cant afford to lose any size and would like to get alot bigger and bulk when I am at 14% BF.
Time is running out for any chance of any trials as big companies in wrestling are capping the age limit to what age they take talent on for their development schools. I dont have time to spend the next year to get my bf down naturally.
