I am a new member on the boards, even though I have been reading here on and off for a couple of years. I would firstly like to thank everybody that has been putting in excellent posts with informative content over the years - a lot of my knowledge (while admittedly limited has come from these forums)!
I have made this post because I am gearing up for my first cycle. A little bit of background before I get stuck in... I have been training on and off for about 4 years in which I have gained decent knowledge on diet/training. I am currently on week 8/12 on a diet plan (aiming for sub 10% bf before I even think of my first cycle - I want to start in the best possible circumstances). Here is my before and current week 1/8 picture, as you can see I am not far off my BF goal. I will not be starting any cycle until I finish off my 12 weeks/hit my goal.

Here is a quick bio (hopefully this helps with advice later down):
Age: 30
Height: 6ft
Weight: 173lbs
Training exp: 4ish years, on and off experience
Medical: Suffer from light male pattern baldness, no other medical conditions bar hay fever. Laid back mentality to everything. Generally worried about gyno.
I realise that you get flooded with newbies here asking these questions, so I can only say I appreciate your time and have spent many hours researching everything and considered my options before making the decision to commit to a cycle and post here. I have already acquired my Testosterone Enanthate and I am working on the rest before I start. I will not start this cycle before I have everything mapped out clear in my mind and sat in my drawer waiting! I also realise that diet is critical when training and that along with water intake will be spot on via a weekly updated macro.
With all the advice I have gained on posts here and wanting to keep my cycle to a simple starter one, here is what I have in mind:
Weeks 1-10:
- 500mg 'Testosterone Enanthate' per week
- 20mg 'Nolva' every other day (up it to 50mg if itchy nips)
Weeks 11–12:
- 20mg Nolva every other day (up to 50mg if itchy nips)
PCT
Day 1: 'Clomiphene Citrate' 300mg
Day 2-11: 'Clomiphene Citrate' 100mg p/d
Day 12-21: 'Clomiphene Citrate' 50mg p/d
I am prone to male pattern hair loss so as recommended on here would like to put Finastreside into my cycle but not sure about dosage/use. Researched the web for the information but cannot seem to locate. Does anybody have any advice on this?
I realise I have posted a lot of information here for somebody to read but I was really hoping somebody with experience would be kind enough to give my cycle a quick once over.
I am completely open to any criticism, and if somebody thinks I would benefit from a few months more weight training/diet (bearing in mind I have another month before I get ready for the cycle) I welcome your input.
Again I really appreciate your time reading this and I look forward to any comments you may have.
